Great advice and service!
I had a great experience with Rocco and the team. All my questions were diligently answered and I never felt pressured to "lock" anything in before I was ready.I was happy to pay slightly more for the system as I felt I ended up with a better product and superior installation overall. Even on the day of install Rocco tweaked the placement realizing he could get a better result!

Great quote, pre-install and install!
The sales/quotation, pre-install and install with Unified went very well.Dion was excellent and made the decision making process very easy.
The admin support leading up to the install was excellent.
The installer was punctual and very efficient.
My only negative comment would be the multiple prompts via email and SMS a few days after install re: my invoice being overdue despite having already paid it on the day of install and had provided the transaction receipt to USS. Although I’m putting this down to the time of year, being around Xmas, office shut down and it being an automated function, it was still an unnecessary way to finish up what was a positive, easy, efficient and smooth process up to that point.

Winter install
Sales quote process completed via phone.Initial installation was fast and professional. Couple of issues in initial set up with inverters not operating fully and grid connection but all was eventually resolved and operating.
USS techs were friendly and helpful and got the job done.

From scratch to install took 2 weeks, including Solar Vic paperwork.
Arranged grid connections.

Completed as advertised
Quoting process was quick and easy. A little difficult telling the unsuccessful companies.The installation was as they said, one full day arrived at 0730 gone at 1630...great work! system connected and functioning perfectly.
