I have an Ingeteam 10TL M 3 10kw 3 phase inverter installed in December 2017. So far so good. There has been no problems at all. The installer/supplier advivsed me that it had wi-fi and software but that was not supplied. Not the inverts fault.

My ingeteam inverter failed less then 2 years after installation. Ingeteam completely ignored all warranty claims and did not replace the inverter. I had to install a new - different - inverter. Do not use this company's products.

The inverter engages in battery calibration about once a month, discharging the battery to 0% in the process. I haven't been able to get confirmation from the maker of the battery (BYD) that the battery can handle this in the long term.

Note that you sent me this message claiming that I had had the installation for 12 months. In fact it was 7½ months.

Inverter appears to be faulty as I was promised an average of 18kWh per day over a full year. To date ( Nov to Jun) average has been 9kWh per day.
