Almost 2 years after installation, invertEr has failed - reported to TK Solar four weeks ago, repeated requests for some action after initial acknowledgement and not responsive. More than four weeks without solar power generation. TK Solar claim to have ordered the warranty part. Contacted the manufacturer myself and organised solution directly under warranty. Manufacturer says no order placed by TK Solar for the warranty part. Won't be using TK Solar again.

Installation was done well. Initial problem with inverter resolved quickly.

TK Solar installed the system using a SolaX inverter. The first inverter was faulty, the second one failed after about 20 days. The response from TK was evasive, finally contacted the manager who claimed not to know about the problem. They are supposed to come on Tuesday to check the fault, I know the inverter has failed. (I am a qualified electronics tech)
