Good installer with very honest information given to us to provide better understanding of choosing Solar System. Price is very good and affordable!
Salesperson well knowledgeable, give us comprehensive information. Installation punctual, tidy and polite.Customer service is good, no complains.

Very poor service
Sales and quoting were very good. All systems explained wellI requested an inspection of the roof prior to signing a contract to confirm panel placement and I was told tat the electrician/installer would assess on the day of installation.
Contact signed December 2022 Installation booked for late January 2023
On this day I was advised by the installer that the panels were too large for our roof and the job could not be done Smaller panels were required. I was then contacted and advised these smaller 370W panels were no longer available.
Then I was offered the details of a company for which I could not source information of other than the company address.
I accepted a refund of my deposit, contacted a localcompany who immediately inspected the roof andadvised the installation was a little more difficult but could be done without issue using 475W panels
TDG did not want to do the job as this was not an easy staright forward installation TDG let us down by not being honest
and wasted our time by not listening to my early request to inspect the roof first and their continued excuse and dishonesty means I would not recommend this company

It's rare that you find ANY trade that is this professional , well mannered , easy to speak to and thorough. Extremely happy with the whole process and will highly recommend to any family member or friend without hesitation. The whole team were outstanding. Excellent
Found the whole sales and in installation experience excellent - via people that understood solar and knew what they were doing technically. Setting up the installation and getting my excess power into the grid was just sorted by them. Nothing I needed to do. Plus also had a double cabling set up at no cost so can now directly connect future battery storage. Received my first power bill today post solar installation and by day the house is effectively self sufficient power wise. And this is winter. Very happy with my choice of TDG Solar. Great experience
The sales experience was great and the quotes were competitive and fair. Yogesh was professional, informative, patient with all my questions, and not pushy. The installation and commissioning went smoothly. The installers were friendly, professional, efficient and clean.8 months later we asked Dan: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The system is performing as expected, although I don't check it very often due to the lack of Android mobile app.30 March 2021
