These cowboys should be arrested. They made me walk hot coals to get anything done.. problems for months / then finally they got in touch with an electrician in Geraldton WA who called in horizon power to check out the voltage in the line from the transformer on power pole it was to high.
Since then all ok but not sure if their electrician has been paid?
Their staff in sales are there just to get your money .
The CEO told me they took over the firm after the other people went into receivership.
He was never any help, has no idea on how to run a business - only person that was helpful was Nishen

Call your bank and tell them to stop your direct debit payments to TREAC Solar, also ask them to refund all payments to TREAC Solar. They have screwed me over for months. Even if it is on finance, stop the payments. Show additional information
This company took my money and didn’t even turn up to conduct the installation. They don’t return phone calls and closed down their website and Facebook. Show additional information

Do not trust this company .I paid $1850 to install 5kW system but after paid deposit they did not answer call and not respond email and I cancel order within 10 day cooling off period but still they did not refund my money . Show additional information
Treac has destroyed my 5.7kW system that i did have running and the battery system they installed in 23 April 2018. It is now 23 July and my bill has risen $500 and they do not answer calls. My kids enjoy very cold nights as we cant afford to run heaters .Do not recommend this company in Sydney at all Show additional information
Had our solar installed in July 2017 in the last few months it has stopped working and I cannot contact the company tried email and telephone number, no success. Show additional information

I have been very impressed with customer service from Shaun, who has walked me through all aspects of the system eg size etc. and prompt call after installation to make sure that I was happy with everything. Also Ben who was the initial point of contact was very helpful.

Installation went very well, installer was efficient and courteous and explained system after installation, removed old hot water meter to give me more efficiency from solar, which I didn’t expect and also replaced cracked tile on the roof that he found.

Only downside for me re installation is that I now have to pay to get TV aerial and Foxtel satellite dish moved to get maximum results.

I would have no hesitation in recommending treac to anyone as they are very professional in customer service and installation
