Aobo Environment Technology is a Chinese company that was established in 1999. It has a manufacturing facility in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. The company is also in the process of constructing a new manufacturing facility close by that will have nearly four time the floor space. Aobo ET doesn't just produce batteries, but also air treatment solutions. In fact, this is where it started out - energy storage wasn't added to its production portfolio until 2018.
In Australia, the company is known as Aobet and one of the products available here is the Aoboet UHOME NCA. This is a 6.8kWh hour nominal storage battery system that uses Panasonic manufactured cells and a battery management system developed by Aobo. The "NCA" stands for Lithium Nickel Cobalt Aluminum Oxide (LiNiCoAlO2), the chemistry of the cells used in the battery.
