Highly recommend for expert installation and after sales service
BKH sold me and installed a Fox ESS battery. All around excellent service - Bass sold me the system. He is a qualified electrician who also installs the system so it was refreshing to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about (both the system and the electrical requirements). Fair price, quick install and good quality of work. Unfortunately, the system had an (unusual) failure a few days after install - Bass was on the phone the same day to troubleshoot and replaced the inverter under warranty the very next day. Great after-sales service (a stand out in this industry). Highly recommend.
