From start to install completion, the whole process was very straightforward to me. CCL removed my crappy old defective system and installed a high quality new one.
They were completely honest about what to expect, the costs and provided several feasible options at different price points.
After minor negotiation, I even ended up with a free Fronius Smart Meter installed.
CCL installed within a week from order and spent the full day on site making sure the installation quality was spot on.
There was no rush to get to another job site and absolutely no mess left behind.
Due to my erratic work times, I couldn't be there during or straight after install to supervise the install or have the system and monitoring explained to me, but with a few minutes of Google-ing, the Fronius monitoring setup was easy.
This is my 3rd solar install, and easily my best.
For a no fuss, high quality install, I highly recommend CCL.

Good services and fantastic
We had a really great experience with CCL Energy. From the first quote through to installation, everything went smoothly. The team was always easy to contact and happy to help whenever we had questions. The whole process felt well organised and stress-free.The installation team did an outstanding job. Our site has a few limitations, but the installers worked around them and came up with practical solutions for both the battery and solar panel installation. You can tell they are very experienced and take pride in their work.
During the installation they even noticed a cracked roof tile and repaired it for us. We had prepared spare tiles beforehand, but none were needed in the end. That level of care really impressed us.
After installation we had a day of heavy rain, and I checked the roof space to be safe. All the penetration and connection points were completely dry, which shows the job was done properly.
Many thanks to Harold and Iris for their great support and communication, and special thanks to Yuan and his installation team for their professional and careful work.
Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommended.
