Being a non Adelaide customer, service is pathetic. One of our inverters has failed twice within 4 years and we have to wait until there is enough reason for them to come(ie: plenty of work) and replace it (still in warranty period). I imagine most Adelaide companies would treat country customers the same. If you live in the country, be warned!
