I found the entire process really simple and straight forward. Chris was straightforward and easy to deal with. When I told him I already had a feed in meter, the process dropped immediately - he did not try to pad the price at all.I had a smaller system installed seven years ago (by a company now out of business), and that was a lot of effort and paper work. With Chris it was four emails and two phone calls. Less than 6 weeks from the first enquiry to installed system.
There was no deposit, so I did not need to worry about problems with the supplier (a friend did lose a deposit with another supplier who went bankrupt).
7 months later we asked Kenneth: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes. I have been keeping track of cost versus benefit. I still expect to break even after three years.Only hiccup has been when the electicity supply was over voltage - it took couple of weeks for the elecirty distributor to sort that out (not a problem with the ssystem, a problem with the mains supply)
Outstanding installer of a PV system and 2 Tesla Powerwalls
Chris and team were unreal, super fast, efficient and the finish quality on the install was amazing. My house looks great and Chris did an unreal job of making the install not detract from the finish of my house in Deakin ACT. Highly recommended and great customer service throughout.Battery rating: 5/5
