We went with a company called The Solar Importers and they use Diamond Solar in Brisbane to install and look after the system. They were the only ones that came to our house and measured up properly and went through all the options with us. With his advice we went with a better quality inverter and solar panels due to the installation locations on our house etc. this wouldn't have happened with the other companies that we talked to as they only looked at our house via sattalite images on something like google earth. Yes it has, however I stongly suggest to everyone to be very careful who they deal with and buy through. Our system has now hopefully turned out ok, but we have been chasing Diamond Solar + since the system was installed to get our power meter changed over, this is so that we can feed the extra power produced back into the power grid. Finally after many phone calls to the seller, the installing electrician, Diamond Solar+ and our power suppliers. We have now been told buy Energex that our meter will be changed in the near future. The problem has been that there is three different people to deal with, and not just one company and everyone passes that buck to the next one and so on.
