Electrical Sensations' is a team of experienced solar installers, having helped more than 650 households and businesses slash their electricity bills with a solar power system, throughout Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. Being a full electrical contracting business, Electrical Sensations is in the solar and energy efficiency industry for the long haul. Whatever your electricity savings goals and electrical needs, we can create a solution to satisfy. Every client is surveyed after a job is carried out to determine their level of satisfaction with the products, workmanship and overall experience with us. The word ‘professional’ comes up on almost every survey when referring to our team.
We have Clean Energy Council accredited grid-connected and off-the-grid (stand alone) PV designers and installers and have all relevant electrical licenses. We will not use cheap components to try and tender the lowest price. It is our experience that cheap components lead to poor performance, early failure rates and may render the entire system unproductive. The products we choose to install are of the highest quality and most reliable components available and represent the excellent value for money. We will NOT install inferior products as we want your solar system to last for many decades.

For us, it came down to a few things. Firstly the company we finally chose gave us a very comprehensive quote offering 6 different options, provided graphs and various other information on the expected performance of the systems quoted. They also included easy to read general information on PV systems and information about the company itself. The electrician who came to quote actually got up on our roof, took measurements and notes on the structure of the roof, position of fixings, etc. He also not only inspected the meter box, but also opened it up and inspected the wiring in the back of it. We were given contact details of other customers who were happy to give the installers references and we were able to visit the electricians premises to view the panels and inverters before sale. The other two companies who quoted did not provide any of these things in nearly as much detail and neither got up on the roof.
The decision process was also made easier because we had done a lot of research beforehand - Finn's site was an invaluable source of very readable information. Before anyone came to quote, we made up a questionnaire and asked each of the quoting people the same questions and wrote down their answers. This made it easy to compare what each company was offering.
When it came to decision time, for us there was a clear winner. Here's hoping we got it right!

Thank you for your glowing feedback Kathryn :)We try really hard to be different to other solar installers and other electricians. I believe that one of the main differences is that it IS actually a qualified electrician AND a CEC accredited designer / installer who visits the premises to prepare the proposal for the customer. We do not use salespeople who have no experience in carrying out installations or knowledge of Ergon's specific requirements.
Our mission is simple. We:
1. Educate our customers on the best solution for them;
2. Keep the customers informed throughout the process; and
3. Carry out the work in a professional manner whilst treating every customer with respect.
