I dont like how long it has taken to complete installation from order to final inspection & switch on. I signed up on 4/8/2010 & not yet switched on. I have been told it can take a lot longer I think all persons concerned in the process should get their act together so the customer is not inconvenienced for so many days. It has taken 6 days over many weeks so far & still waiting. The hot water was put in & connected on the same day in early September but so far have had to keep it connected to the mains. All persons concerned in the different stages of getting me connected have been very apologetic but that doesn't really help.
