Goodwe system installed by Sunbridge
Just had a Goodwe 32kwh system installed by Sunbridge, since my old solar didn't get installed properly, they had to fix that along with the battery install, and they did a great job. Jenny was very helpful and helped me to set up the app and all that, appreciate their fantastic service.
Good service from start to finish
I had a 45.2kWh Sigenergy battery system with a 15kW three-phase inverter installed through Sunbridge Energy and overall had a very good experience with the team.I dealt mostly with Jenny at the beginning during the quoting and system discussion. She was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. What I appreciated was that she also had a good understanding of the technical side, so the explanations were clear and I never felt like I was just being pushed into a sale.
After that, the rest of the Sunbridge team helped organise the network approval and installation process and kept things moving along. Communication between the office and installation side was good, and the electrician was professional and helpful during the installation and when explaining how the system worked.
There are quite a few steps involved with a battery installation, so it was reassuring to have one team looking after the process from the initial quote through to approval and installation.
