Sunny Afternoons sent a local sales rep who was resident in and knew the area and who was able to point us to other domestic and business installations by them. He sensibly assessed our domestic needs and "talked down" our requirements from a 3kW system (my choice) to a 2kW system, which he said would be adequate for us and would be more affordable. He really seemed interested in our needs and application of solar energy to our day-to-day circmstances and didn't try to spruik up something more than we actually needed. Being retirees and pensioners he was sensitive to our situation and recommended the best options for us and our budget, such as using Chinese-built solar panels rather than German-built ones.10 months later we asked Alan: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Exceptionally. Savings already being realised in quarterly power bills.
