FelicityESS was launched in 2022, an offshoot of Guangzhou, China based parent company Felicity Solar; which has been around since 2007. The company established a physical presence in Australia in 2025, with an office and warehouse in Sydney. 

FelicityESS Hybrid Inverters

At the time of updating this page, the only Clean Energy Council approved FelicityESS hybrid inverter was the T-REX-10KLP3G01. This is a 10 kW three-phase low-voltage unit with two MPPTs offering "UPS grade" on/off grid switching with <20ms switchover time.

The T-REX-10KLP3G01 has an operating temperature range of -25C ~ 60C, with derating at 45C. It is IP65 rated for indoor and outdoor installation, measure 655 x 475 x 266mm and weighs a hefty 38.9kg.

Warranty Details

FelicityESS says their hybrid inverters are covered by a 10-year warranty, but we weren't able to locate an Australian warranty document at the time of updating this page. Given some of the odd aspects of the company's battery warranty; it's important to sight this document before making a purchase decision.
