In the mid-2010's, Australia (and the world) was awash with solar inverter brands. Many companies didn't survive and Richards-Stark S.A. was one of those to go down the gurgler.

About Richards-Stark SA
Richards-Stark S.A. was a Luxembourg-registered company that supplied solar inverters among other components, with at least one self-branded model available in Australia.
Richards-Stark S.A was previously known as Energy-Optics renewables S.A., which was founded in 1991. Richards-Stark S.A was incorporated in 2012, but Energy-Optics appeared to carry on with a focus on PV project development until sometime in 2015. Richards-Stark S.A was dissolved in 2016.
The only inverter from this firm that was approved for use in Australia by the Clean Energy Council that we can find was the MULTI-grid Island 3-4.5kW, which appears to have been a hybrid inverter. This was a single-phase inverter with a single MMPT and a rated output of 3 kW.
The CEC listing for this unit expired in 2018, so well after the company was dissolved.
Aside from that, we have no further information on this device or its warranty. Many inverters of the time came with a 5-year standard warranty; but some had 10 years. So, it is possible there are some MULTI-grid Island 3-4.5kW inverters still installed in Australia still covered by warranty. If you have one, the best bet is to contact the company that supplied/installed it to determine status — assuming they are still around.
