RenewEconomy and SolarQuotes have teamed up to provide an easy way for RenewEconomy's fast growing readership to get quotes for solar from local, pre-vetted installers.
This partnership came about after Giles from RE and Finn from SQ bumped into each other at a Solar Conference in Melbourne.
Every time a genuine solar customer requests 3 quotes through RenewEconomy, their request goes to up to 3 local solar installers via the SolarQuotes quoting engine. When this happens, the solar companies pay a small fee for the referral whether they make a sale or not. RE and SQ split this fee 50/50. RE uses the revenue to support its quality journalism, and the solar buyer gets 3 competing quotes from pre-vetted installers.

You can then study all 3 quotes at your leisure, and choose the best one for your requirements, although you are under no obligation to choose any of them.
