Further Information

Established in 1975, Victron Energy started out manufacturing power conversion products for the marine sector before branching out into automotive, industrial and residential applications.

While quite prolific in terms of scope (the company claims nearly 1,000 different products sold worldwide), Victron Energy batteries are primarily designed for off-grid/stand-alone solar storage applications, and none of their batteries are listed by Australia's Clean Energy Council.

The firm manufactures Lithium, AGM, gel and lead carbon batteries; along with chargers, inverters and accessories. Its batteries are usually accompanied by a 2 - 3 warranty depending on chemistry type.

Victron Energy has no solar batteries in our database
