Best after Sales service in darwin !
These mobs installed my solar 3 years ago. In wet season we had a direct lightning strike, almost all home appliances blew up with solar inverter. After calling them, Sparkies came within 4 hours to review my claim . Replacement new inverter fitted within 7 days. Solar again working now so these guys really deserve three claps for after sales service. Hardly any company offers same services in outback like they did for me. We are very happy with Green Planet solar service & workmanship. Price was very good -And they have provided best quality panels with 25 years warranty. We are more then happy to recommend them anyone who is looking for solar in Darwin. We can check on our phone app that our 6.5 kw system its making $7 daily. Show additional information
A salesperson came to inspect and quote next day after I contacted them. They followed up after the quote, and answered any questions I hadn’t thought of at the time of inspection. When I finally decided to go ahead with the purchase, installation was complete within 2 weeks. Panels look great, and have been producing the output I expected. System is 6.6kW, 22 x Jinko panels, and a Fronius 5kW string inverter. Price was the best offered for same or similar components.

Top quality hardware at very good prices but they were let down a bit by confusion between parties on the install and the meter change over.

YGP offered the same products as other suppliers but at a cheaper price. They understood our needs and were quick to respond to our upfront queries. Used ecosparks, a local elect company, and they were relatively quick to install. Too soon to tell about the after installation service.

My installation was completed in less than 2 weeks after placing order.
I received my first power bill today which is already 70% less of what we normally pay. I have only 56 days of solar in this billing cycle. Cant wait to have next bill and hopefully I wouldn’t have to pay bill next time. I had Canadian 22 solar panels and fronius inverter installed. Show additional information

We bought a bigger system than we intended to get, we paid a lot more than we intended to spend and we got a heck of a lot more than we were expecting.
We chose to go bigger, buy quality that will go the distance and enjoy our retirement without the worry of forever increasing electricity bills.
Our supplier gave us a firm price quote and stuck with it despite having to include many unforeseen upgrades that were required.They were also very helpful in explaining how much savings,how solar pay itself off & FIT tariff.
Include this supplier in your 'get a quote from' list, and tell them Rob & Gina told you to. Show additional information

From start to finish getting Solar from Your Green Planet was very easy.
We rang and spoke to a consultant called Dennis, he was extremely helpful and patience answering all our questions on the phone as we were fairly new to looking into getting solar for our home. We even asked if we could go directly into there darwin office in winnellie to speak to Dennis personally. This request was quickly granted and a meeting was set up. At the meeting Dennis and a supervisor explained in great detail and showed us the benefits of getting solar for our home and the difference between the solar systems and the solar panels. We were there for about 2.5 hours and were not rushed and Dennis patiently explained everything. We were explained that they do all the checks for our system and make sure it is working and if it was not would come out to fix it for free. We decided to go a get solar with Your Green Planet. Completing the necessary documentation was made very easy with Dennis guidance. On installation day its easy and installed in no time, the installers even cleaned up afterwards and explained everything to us.
We were contacted by Dennis after installation to make sure everything was going great and if we had any questions about our new solar system.
All in all an excellent company, a very informative consultant dennis and the follow up and communication has been fantastic.

No deposit & interest free finance through Brighte given quick timeframes for each step and everything happened on the dates it was supposed to. Dennis was great to deal with, as were the installation team, Matt and his guys, whom arrived on time, were very polite, performed their work in a professional manner, and left my property the way they found it. Couldn't fault these guys and am happy to recommend them.

I love how awesome Your Green planet from sales service staff to after installation phone call.Really amazed with service i got when i live in bees creek 52km from Darwin city. Danny came to my home four times to help me clear my questions. Whole turnover time from signing up to installation 12 days including power & water meter change. Everything is completed and have referred this company to few of my work mates as well. If anyone any questions you can email me at [email protected] I sussed out 7 solar companies in Darwin & Your Green Planet amazed me with their best price and quality system. Now waiting for my first lower bill with solar.
