ChargeMate
JET Charge's home EV charger, called ChargeMate, is no longer available and, according to the JET Charge site:
"ChargeMate will no longer be available for purchase after December 2nd, 2025. Full technical support, repairs and warranty services will continue until January 31st, 2029 for units still under warranty."
It was an all weather OCPP compliant charger made in Australia. It was also quite pricey, but that's not unsusual for Australian made electronics.
ChargeMate Warranty Info
According to its datasheet, the ChargeMate has a 3-year warranty. But according to its Installation/User Manual, it has a 12 month warranty. I'm not a lawyer, but I think it's likely that under Australian Consumer Law, JET Charge can be required to give the product a 3 year warranty, as this was featured prominently on its datasheet.
JET Charge has no EV chargers in our database
