Great system (FoxESS 43kw battery), but technical capability of installation somewhat lacking.
Great price and reasonably responsive when establishing an install date - although granted it was very much in the height of the silly period prior to rebate changes. After a number of attempts, they have still not appropriately configured the system (it will not charge during a power outage). They were supposed to install an ATS as agreed and paid for. First attempt they installed a manual switch circuit breaker. Much discussion and then they returned after me agreeing to paying an additional $220.00 call out - and filtted a Hager ESC227 contactor. Whilst a reasonably fast changeover switch, it is certainly not an automatic transfer switch (as per Hager's own specs)!Overall view - FoxESS batteries and system are excellent and do the job well. The sales company (Battery Deals powered by SunLED) are looking to get away with bare minimal installation with little to no understanding of the technicalities of the systems they are selling. And, unfortunately, the relationship they appear to have with their instalers (at least the one who did mine) is not great, with considerable blame throwing between who got it wrong!
