Innovative, quality system
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Fair negotiation, quality installation, could be a little more tidy after install. After sales support is excellent, I was able to get support on configuring my batteries within minutes!Inverter rating: 5/5

Wrong CT connection caused unnecessary high electricity bill and they have refused to pay
I had a Ruixu 48kWh battery installed by Battery Plant, and due to an incorrect CT connection during installation, I incurred an additional electricity cost of around $400.I was the one who identified the CT connection issue myself. If I had not noticed this, the electricity costs could have been significantly higher. Despite this, the company dismissed the issue as "small money" and "not urgent", which I found unacceptable.
The company has acknowledged that this issue was caused by their installation error. However, despite this, they have refused to compensate for the extra cost.
Although they eventually came back and fixed the CT connection, they acted as if resolving the issue meant there was no longer any problem, disregarding the financial loss I had already incurred.
As a result, I now have lodged a claim with VCAT and waiting for the hearing.
In addition to this, I was very disappointed with how this matter was handled. The staff member I dealt with was unprofessional and rude throughout the process, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Not happy with the installation service
Initially, this company looked very attractive price-wise. The physical installation was done very fast on the 2nd of July, and they made me to do full payment immediately.However, it has now been weeks and the activation process has completely stalled. The final certification and grid connection have not been completed. Because the mandatory legal paperwork hasn't been finalized, my system is not running and cannot be used.There is currently no sign of a resolution or clear timeline from them. I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service after paying in full.
I will keep everyone updated on how this goes and if (or when) they eventually fix it.
NB: As the system has not started yet, I am unable to comment on brands etc.
