John found that he was able to install the panels earlier than expected so he rang us and arranged it with us. Panels were installed within a week. Now we just have to wait for SP Aus Net to do their bit!

Great customer service, John took the time to come to the house, get up on the roof with me and point out the best location for the system. No pressure sales tactics, he left it completely up to me to research and decide on the system based on his initial recommendation/quote. Quick to install the system, only had to wait for the panels to arrive from overseas, but was kept up to date constantly. Arrived on time on the day of installation, explained what was going to happen and got on with the job. Very neat installation, with all wiring concealed in walls and roof. Even moved my sky light and roof vent to make better use of the roof for the panels. Based on my experience, I have recommended him to others interested in going solar.

Everything John stated would happen, did, on time and on budget. He was most meticulous in detailing the project to us, including why we should consider the higher quality equipment.
All actions were detailed and photographs provided.
His staff cleaned up after work and left no bottles, cigarette butts or other rubbish on site.
Bad language was not used on site neither was annoying loud music.
Based on our experience, we would happily recommend John to your clients.

Excellent Installer, great custom installation.
Fantastic company to work with. Came to site to customise and quote on the best system for my requirements.Installation is excellent, neat and tidy inside and out.
The installers were punctual and efficient, communicated with me so everything was exactly as needed.
Customer service has been exceptional, with same day service for the one tiny issue I had. (Grid problem not the solar system)
