Simple easy. Fact based during sales process and quick
Really simple process. Not pushy and talked facts of what was on offer & system & manufacturer info rather than what so many other solar companies have done by telling me what others can’t do.Quick to install and great team who came for the day.

I didn't like telling the 2 unsuccessful companies that I was purchasing off another one. I was genuine with each of them & each one taught me something about the process. Each of them were professional when I advised them of my decision. I am very glad I did not continue with Euro solar that I was close to buying with until I saw some of their customer reviews.
Although not installed yet I am still comfortable I have bought a high quality unit for a reasonable price. I look forward to having the solar installed in the coming weeks.

Do not recommend Energis as a supplier. Good sales until the minute they received payment. Can't even get a receipt from them weeks after payment. They rang asking for payment before the installation had even been finished and couldn't understand why I wanted the work signed off first. Have had problems with the system and still haven't had acknowledgement of the issues - disgraceful post installation service, and would not recommend this provider to anyone. In my opinion this company does not care about the customer and to really rub salt into the wound, I've received marketing material from them trying to sell other products. This is one very unhappy customer.

Gryphon were a close second and suffered by being first to visit and quote while I learned things. I went with micro inverters which we did not discuss.
Mark was way over the top on price for similar micro inverter or normal inverter installation.

Do not use Energis. Go with someone else.
The price Energis offered was reasonable, so we went with them. That's approximately where any good ends.They installed a Goodwe inverter. Now that in itself is not their fault, Goodwe are used a lot, but they are cheap and cheerful. I would highly recommend do NOT use a Goodwe inverter, get a US or European brand. I'm told there are some Australian made solar hybrid inverters but I have not seen one yet. Our inverter is STILL exhibiting strange behaviour.
The technicians took 2 appointments to install the inverter, which was fair - except we received no warning about the second one. A bewildered young mechanic just turned up on our doorstep.
They did not check the emergency loads properly, which we found out when we started to get spontaneous overload reboots when the system was using the battery.
And that bring us to their customer support.
It's all overseas, and they don't have knowledge of their inverters in their staff's playbooks - Energis support had to put us on to Goodwe (overseas) support to ask inverter questions (Goodwe were rather good at answering, to be fair).
They argued when we said something strange was going on.
They had to be pursuaded over and over to send a tech out.
The tech has still not appeared or even contacted us.
Support has stopped responding to our emails.
We are in the process of filing an official ombudsman's complaint as well as complaining on Energis's own site (much good may that do).
We are also seeking a local electricians business who understands these inverters and may be able to provide us with the help we need going forward.
We don't really want anything further to do with Energis.
Summary:
Inadequate organisation and technical checks-and-balances.
Equipment no doing what it is supposed to do.
No local support.
Ongoing silence.
Do not use Energis. Use somebody else.
