This company did not live up to it's legal requirements, let alone it's advertised blurb. I write this on the 16/11/2017, and at the moment we are still trying to get a "call out fee" refunded, as the tec that was to do the job still has not turned up. The company (green energy engineering) was to have sent him/her about 3 mths ago. We have been in touch with green energy and cannot get this resolved. We have now gone to the industry ombudsman, and their recommendation is to take them (green energy engineering) to court. My recommendation about this company.... 8 months later we asked Trevor: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
I had the impression the panels would produce more power on a clear day than they do. I have seen the system produce 10Kw, but not often, and then only for short periods, as in minuets not hours. That said they still save us about $800/quarter.
