First class installation and experience
Cameron Fabian from Integrated Electrical & Solar listened to what I wanted (I have a 'difficult' roof which suits landscape panels), offered advice, suggestions and alternatives and produced two panel configurations with two inverter options. He warned that the landscape option would take a little longer and therefore be a little more expensive (actually, it wasn't). I received the quote the same day as the inspection.Cameron and two others completed the work on a dull wet day but they were cheerful, polite and friendly throughout. They were obviously used to working as a team. When they left, everything was extremely clean and tidy. I'd been warned that there may be some tile breakages and so I obtained some spares. In the event only two were broken and they also replaced another couple that they noticed had been broken previously and siliconed.
When all was complete and tested, Cameron arranged the grid connection application and meter exchange. He also set up the extended warranty for the inverter and demonstrated the inverted display, smart meter and how to access and use the Fronius app. He subsequently emailed to check we were happy and that all was working well.
