Hard work installation gets there in the end
NG Trade Solutions asked me to email the specifics to them, which I did but they never provided a quote.Solahart came out but the sales person knew little (e.g. didn't think they ever need servicing) and only offerred the Solahart system.
I chose JR Gas & Water because they had >1000 5 star reviews. They offer for potential clients to pay $100 for a proper on-site quote (goes towards overall installation cost if you proceed) and the salesman new his stuff. But I was disappointed after that - the quote they provided was for a smaller unit (luckliy my wife noticed or that's what we would have got), I had to monitor closely and request proper drainage pipes, etc, when I inspected the installed compressor quite a few fins were bent. The installer said it came out of the box like that. The owner said that the Reclaim compressors often come out of the box like that. I checked with Reclaim and they said that isn't the case. Thankfully Reclaim confirmed the bent fins aren't significant regarding performance or their warrantee. I realised at the end that most of the reviews are by people who get a discount on subsequent services by leaving a good review and/or they just don't want bad blood with the company they will be relying on for their 6 month inspection and future servicing.
