From start to finish: A seamless solar & battery experience
The sales and quoting process was easy and quick, which made everything straightforward from the beginning.The installation went really well. The team was polite, punctual, tidy, and very professional. They were also non-intrusive, which made the whole experience comfortable. Josh kept me informed throughout the whole process.
Customer service has been excellent. They helped organise the grid connection after the installation and took the time to show me how to use the whole system. I also contacted Josh afterwards with a question, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and more than happy to assist, even though I felt like it was a silly question.
I would highly recommend Josh and his team at Narooma Solar. I wouldn't use anyone else.
