Local & on the job
Having a local company & just a few kilometres away I’m sure had a big difference.The rep was here the day after contact, & spent a couple of hours explaining how it all came together, it was all installed & ready for inspection within ten day’s. They did all the paperwork & all the government ( stuff ) I received all the $$$ that were available to me & I am very pleased with the result. It was all done with a minimum of fuss & at my age that means a lot. This company also installed my cooling system & I would recommend to anyone.
Dont count on getting a rebate or loan for your solar installation
NHC were the sub contractor when I was building a home through a building company in Bendigo. The work was completed to a satisfactory level, however the administration over my solar rebate has been a headache. Six months after my application to Solar Victoria and NHC still do not know how to upload the 3 compliance documents in the Solar Vic portal to finalise my application. I was required to pay the builder up front for 100% of the cost, and I presume NHC have been paid 6 months after the installation, now they just dont care whether I receive a rebate or not. I call and email and get a variety of different excuses, but still my application does not get reviewed so I can receive the rebate/loan I am entitled toInverter rating: 4/5
