Good communication, very competitive price
Extremely happy with Richard and the team at RBP Electrical. They installed a 36kWh Sigenergy battery system for me (four battery modules plus the Gateway for full house backup).Their price was very competitive, communication was excellent throughout, and the installation was done professionally and to a very high standard.
I was impressed with Richard's knowledge and after sales service. I've had plenty of questions about how to configure the system and get the most out of it, and he's always been happy to help and explain things properly. Even after the job was finished and fully paid for, he's continued to answer questions and help me fine tune everything.
It's a fairly significant investment, so having an installer who's still interested in making sure you're getting the best out of the system afterwards makes a huge difference.
Very competitive price, quality workmanship, excellent communication and genuinely great after sales support. Couldn't be happier with my decision to go with RBP Electrical.
