Paid deposit in September 2025 does not return phone calls March 2026
In August 2025 I made contact and was quoted on two jobs.1st job replace ground mount solar at residence and install new system with Batteries 16 kw pv + 40kw batteries.
We were meant to have a system that powered the house when we get black outs, rural remote property This was changed to a power point where I can plug a cord into to get the water pump working. NOT IDEAL. Not what was discussed.
There is no monitoring available 15m from the house and the WIFI as I was told on many occasions there would be, so I cannot monitor my power use at all.
Quoted and invoiced on the 9th of September and paid in full on12th of September.
Job finished 18th of December. Not completed to my satisfaction.
2nd - Increase batteries on existing system in business, currently have 16kw and was going to increase it to 60kw.
I was invoiced on the 9th of September 2025 Paid 33% deposit.
This job was to provide batteries and plug them into a new fully compliant existing structure very simple job.
To this day 13th March there has been no progress.
They have not returned phone calls for the last 3 months.
I am still waiting for my deposit back .
