Still waiting for the smart meter don’t know if it is going to cost more one not

Shark solar
I had to pay upfront. The installer was working at the power board when there was a flash in my microwave and the power went out. At the end of the day my washing machine, NBN, microwave, sensor light, fan/light, cpap machine, my solar hot water service, multiple chargers, all my smart lightbulbs and massage machine, among other things, were all broken. The installer left saying it was some previous electricians fault. I have contacted both Shark solar and the installer both directly, multiple times and put in a complaint on the official Shark solar website. To this day, seven weeks later, I have been completely ignored.Currently my system will not connect to the home wifi, only my phone hotspot, but they never showed me how to reset the system, so I do not know how to do that.
They did get the app working on my phone, but it has never shown anything but zero's in the daily production calculation.
