The installation was quick just 1 week before Christmas. Order completed in 3-4 days followed by quick energy Australia inspector check. now waiting for dodo to update my meter to let me save some money

Ben kept me up to date both by phone and email. He sent me information about the product with the quote. A lot of quotes I received were just that - quotes, which told me nothing of their product. Ben was always reachable and always able to help when I had questions. I felt safe in dealing with him as he built up trust with me.

There are too many variances between the quality and output of solar panels and inverters to confuse the purchaser during the decision making process.
I would like to see more detail (output, expected life of component, reliability, system losses, etc), including comparisons between different types/brands of solar panels and inverters to enable the purchaser to make an informed decision on solar system other than price and salesperson's spiel.
