Still waiting and no confirmed installation date.
Iinitial contact was positive with a good price for tier 1 prooducts.I did not go with any of the 3 recommended due to either beyond my budget or they did not offer anything less than 10kw..
finally told that install could take as long as May due to installers doing battery plus for higher pay.
Theo offered cancellation and refund of deposit but I refused and told him I need the system as promised, especially due to the fact that this is looking to be an extremely hot summer and I cant afford to run aircon without solar input.
Still negotiating but have now started looking again for a quality system of 5-6KW and affordable.
Not holding out any hope for early resolution.
Extremely disappointed but cant do much when you only have a disability pension for income.
thank you for your help, really appreciated but beyond my means sadly.
If you have any further suggestions, I am all ears.
