The Hot Water Guys Solar Reviews

We follow up with all reviewers after 12 months to see how their system is going since it was installed. These are all the reviewers who have responded to our 1 year follow up:
I was very happy with one of your quoters - very competent, helpful and prompt in returning my call. Unfortunately, they couldn't match the quote with which I am going. Show additional information
Firstly, we would like to thank you for your valuable information when contacting your website. It allowed us to make an informed decision when choosing our installer. You also provided us with the questions that we needed to ask. The other information that we really enjoyed, were the lessons on your "7 Days to an Energy Efficient Home".

Now to our experience and the reason we choose the particular company.

We really liked the quotation system from The Ultimate Solar Solutions Company, they appear to have a very good customer service.

It ultimately came down to cost. With the Hot Water Guys (where we had bought our solar hot water system 3 years ago), the mounting system was included in the cost. We were able to ask the Technical Consultant many questions that were provided by you. Also, the company is based locally and they fitted the criteria. Everything was organized , and all the paper work was handled. We only had to sign and send off the Network Connection Agreement for IES with Energex .
Now, all we have to do is to wait for Energex to make the appropriate metering changes and hopefully for a much smaller power bill (maybe even a nice cheque from the Electricity Retailer).
