From first contact, clear and thorough description of rationale regarding what type of solar system he encourages (value for money;oversizing) plus a site visit to understand our needs in his quote
Quoting was specific to our needs, including site visit and good communication: listening to our concerns and values, giving options and adjustments throughout the process.Friendly and COVID-19 restrictions appreciated.
Extremely good install: clean & tidy, kept to quotes price despite length of time was longer (more labor) because of some unforeseen difficulties in removing old system. Considerate communication before, during and after (notice of arrival time & dates, asking about access), suggestions given and listening to our preferences, friendly.
Communication is five star. Highly recommend Guy and his team.
