Yep! They took my 50% deposit!
Took my 50% deposit and legged it! Luckily it was only for an additional battery so only lost a couple of grand. Hate to be others that have lost a lot more.. Fair Trading is on the hunt ?08 December 2025
Disappears
Takes your money then disappears. Collecting info from other victims to lodge a class action. Took 50 percent deposit then went silent. Appears to be a common story.04 December 2025

BEWARE - there are a growing number of individuals that have been scammed by this company uSwitch also uSwitch Solar and Electrical in 2025.Same approach, secures deposit then stops responding. No longer lives at registered address for business.

Very disappointing
I paid my deposit (half) for the work NEVER done. Fee brackets put on. Now the company is going under. Phone diverted, no emails back, no refund, excuse after excuse, complaint made to Fair Trade and seeking legal advice with advice from local companies, with a pile of messages and emails. Shameful Business Practice
WARNING: DO NOT engage this person to do any work for you!!!!We paid for an automatic transfer switch to the house from a battery he installed back in 2022 so that during power outage we can still have power to the house.
Paid $506 in full back in October and he never did the job. Gave us all sorts of excuses as to why he couldn't get to us to do the job or he ghosted us.
Finally we asked for our money back, he asked for our bank details, we gave it and he still didn't refund the money.
We gave him ample opportunity to complete the work or refund the money but he is more at ease just ripping us off.
Very disappointing - this guy has NO morals.
Have finally submitted a complaint to Fair Trading, hopefully they can do something.
Shame we cannot give zero star ratings!
