Installation never delivered despite deposit paid 6 months ago
I signed up a contract with VK Electrical for installation of solar storage battery 43kwh on 16th oct/2025. Paid 1000 dollars deposit. Since then they just keep promising that installation is coming but in reality it is just empty words. I contacted them at least 20 times - emails and calls but nothing is happening and they refuse to refund my money. Then they were shifting the whole thing that they are not responsible for the installation but I signed with VK Electrical, I don't know this other company.
