Michael's EcoFlow Inverters Review & Verdict
Michael Bloch covers the latest developments in home electrification for SolarQuotes.
In late 2025, Ecoflow announced it would be offering hybrid inverters along with home batteries to Australian customers. As these inverters are a new product yet to make prime-time, we haven't seen feedback from installers and customers yet. Something worth noting at this early stage is the warranty, which is 15 years.

Ecoflow Hybrid Inverters
As a stand-alone product, Ecoflow hybrid inverters approved for use in Australia by the Clean Energy Council at the time of updating this page were all three-phase units (although the single-phase all-in-one PowerOcean battery system is listed), and hadn't reached our shores as yet as far as we could tell.

The inverters have an IP65 rating, suitable for indoor/outdoor installation.
The PowerOcean 3-phase hybrid inverters weigh approximately 29.6 kg, and measure 588 × 175 × 380 mm (without trim cover), and 588 × 175 × 455 mm with trim cover.
