Australian Contact Details
These contact details are given on Akcome's slow and barely operating Australian website, but calling their number results in a message saying the call cannot be connected, so it seems likely that Akcome no longer has an Australian office.

Company Info
Akcome was a sizeable panel manufacturer, and at its peak operated in over 30 countries and had more than 6,000 employees. However, they ran into severe financial distress in 2024 and, tragically, probably have considerably fewer people working for them now.
Their panels first appeared in Australia around 2014, and their Kookaburra series of panels was introduced in 2020. Currently, there are no Akcome panels on the CEC-approved module list. This means any system using them is ineligible to receive the solar rebate.
Warranty Information
Akcome's Kooka burra panels had a product warranty of 15 years and a performance warranty of 25 years. If you need to make a warranty claim for any Akcome panels you should first contact your installer. But if they are no longer around, you can try to contact Akcome. As they no longer appear to have an Australian office, you may need to contact them overseas. Good luck.
