Understanding
After non-delivery of a system by another installer A-light delivered a realistic quote, they then fitted our installation into their schedule very quickly. From start to finish it took 2 weeks and was done with prompt and honest communication, efficient installation and an explanation of the system and its features.Inverter rating: 4/5

Quality Instalation
From start to finish it was a hassle free install. What a pleasant experience and not the nightmare I was experiecing from other quotes, everything was laid out and there was no accent barrier to confuse the goal. A very fair quote and an install date within a week, I had a 5 year old solar array with a ac coupled single phase inverter which i had swapped out for a 10kw hybrid inverter dc coupled , plus 2 dedicated blackout protection circuits to a 42 kWh CQ7 battery. I have an old house, built in 1960 and was seriously worried it might not be up to specs, it was tested and was all up to par with the new type A RCD breakers. The install was very professional ,neat and tidy and well labelled, The full install took about 4 hrs, they were punctual, easy to talk to and left the space clean and tidy, I was shown how to work all aspects of the inverter and they set up the android app for me on the spot. VERY Very Happy
