Batteries and Panels working well, customer service poor
We booked our installation in September. The panels and batteries were eventually installed on the second of March. It's now the 19th of April, and the old panels (which they contracted to collect) are still sitting in our front yard.There were numerous changes of dates and times, usually last minute (as in, notified the evening before), and almost always when we'd rearranged our days to accommodate them.
The panels and batteries are working well, but export has not been enabled: It seems they have submitted the wrong paperwork.
Summary: Good system, but they couldn't organise their way out a wet paper bag.
