Great all-round service.
Electrical provider that has recently added solar installations to their service portfolio. Eager to learn and then excel in delivery and installation. Very personalised service from the outset. Polite, willing to listen to customer objectives and then formulate the best approach, bringing the customer along the journey. Installation went smoothly, arrived on time, tidied up and addressed further questions and concerns without debate. Inspection and grid connection process happened seamlessly with minimal fuss. Really put the customer first and took responsibility to make the whole process seem really easy. Original ratingsPanel rating: 5/5

7 months later we asked Clint: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes. Very happy with the system. Obviously there are some things outside a consumers control such as changes/impacts in the supply distribution network and the annual changes to import tariffs. These haven't been in my favour recently. However will continually review performance and look to offset in time with batteries, either fixed or an EV vehicle load when it makes sense to.
