Great Heatpump Installer
Cook Plumbing installed our new IStore heat pump. I had been looking for someone in the southeast of SA to install one for a while and finally came across William Cook. Really happy we did. He listened to what I needed and wanted, and installed exactly what I asked for. He organised the electrician we needed and followed up with me the next day to ensure I had the app working. His turn around time was very fast. I highly recommend.
Great Installation, Friendly Service and Advice
Sales and Quoting was accurate and straight forward. Flexible payment options available. Polite and informative, install only half the day, started Morning, hot water by dinner time. Helped me connect to new Istore App and advised of the operating features. Arranged the electrical at the same time! Super neat and featured installation, the temperature valve now eliminates the scolding or the colding depending on which tap is used at the other end of the house while in the Shower. Thumbs Up !
