Very happy with our solar and battery
We had an outstanding experience with DNL Electrical and Solar from start to finish. The sales and quoting process was clear, honest and efficient, and the team were always punctual, polite and extremely tidy during the installation.Their customer service is genuinely next-level. They went over and beyond to make the whole process easy for us – even organising the grid connection after the install and taking the time to explain how everything works. Nothing was ever a problem, and the communication throughout was excellent.
Highly professional, reliable and genuinely great to deal with. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend DNL Electrical and Solar to anyone considering a solar install.

Customer service was great without being pushy. Installation of both hot water and battery was very quick and smooth. Both done on the same day.Daniel has his own in-house installation team - no sub contractors. Daniel was very personable and his team were lovely guys who really seemed to know what they were doing. They were efficient, punctual and left almost no mess. Daniel showed me everything I needed to know about the new battery system and hot water - he also answered a couple of follow-up questions over the phone a day or 2 later.
There was a minor issue after installation, with the existing car charger not recognising the battery (and draining it when charging the car). However this was quite quickly fixed with a couple of follow-up visits - one to diagnose the problem and one to install an extra part. It is important to note that there was no reluctance or delay in fixing this issue, and I was not charged any extra.
Overall I was really impressed by Daniel and the team. I was quite stressed with choosing the right installer ( I had a few issues with my solar panel installation a couple of years ago, and I didn't want a repeat) and I really think I lucked out with the DNL Electrics team this time.
I'd highly recommend them for both price and quality of service.
