Not sure about the quality yet and we are still waiting for Energex to come and change over our meter box.

All ran quite smoothly albeit completely via the Internet. Had a long chat with salesperson over the phone and decided that they would be our installer as they answered all our questions in detail and were very upfront with costs etc. As the system has only just been installed we are unable to give any feedback on it's performance as yet.

Very happy with the amount of information the sales representative gave and explained when purchasing our system. Overall, walked me through the process well. Installation guys were efficient; however they didn't check inside the house and since I have a raised ceiling on one side of the house and one screw missed it's intended rafter it put a mild indent in our ceiling. Apart from that I am pleased for now how it has all gone.

The inverter has a high pitch whistle. It is situated on the front porch and can be heard during sunlight hours. Original ratingsPanel rating: 3/5

The savings on electricity please us but I do not recommend this business to any person who enquires. I am a retired electrical TAFE teacher.
