Original Review on 15-07-2023:
Go Sunny - Thank you
Communication was immediate over the phone. I was on the phone a couple of times for nearly an hour. Being of the "older generation", Josh had to explain a couple of times how the solar power system worked. He was sooooooooooo patient with me. I had constant communication either with Josh or April from the office. They even organized for the meter to be changed over with my electricity company.Andrew and the other installation guys were prompt. They actually turned up early, and made the installation look easy. They did their job extremely well, and took all their rubbish with them.
Go Sunny were the only company who offered a no deposit, with no interest terms, for 5 years. Plenti approved a loan immediately. I highly recommend both Go Sunny and Plenti.
I was always worried that black panels would make my house look horrible. How wrong was I? The colour actually compliments my house. Original ratings

10 months later we asked Helen: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The "solar experience" was great. Again, so far so good - no issues with anything there.I still do not know if the panels are performing well because Intellihub messed up with the smart meter, and LUMO messed up with the billing. I didn't receive a bill for 6 months. I had rung them twice, because I wanted to see how the panels were performing. I got a bill on Xmas Day for $1335.69 being for 6 months, but if paid on time, it would be $1081.60. When I rang and complained, they took another $25.00 off, bringing the bill to $1056.60. I thought this was still too much, but I paid it. Then 2 months later, I got another bill for $832.90. If paid on time, it would be $666.87. This I knew was wrong. I LUMO many times, and then one of their ladies asked me how much the Control Load was. I asked which one, and she said there should only be 1. I told her there were 3. Intellihub had put my hot water service on all 3 Control Loads, when it should have been set to only come on once thru the night (similar to J-Tariff), which I didn't find out until after my second bill arrived.
Intellihub finally changed the smart meter for my hot water service to come on once through the night. I have not received another bill since but know there is one coming soon.
To cut a very long story short, I am currently going through the Ombudsman's Office, and have not paid the second bill. Maybe I will have better news if I am asked to do another review next year??!!
