The best installation experience i have ever had.

Nigel was fantastic through the quoting and planning and excelled even further for the install. Very complete and concise plans and extremely knowledgeable about solar installs. Installation was over very quickly and the system is performing even better than i expected given the east and west components. High quality components and a very professional install. Nigel is very approachable, polite and a pleasure to work with. I hope that i can do business with him again in the future. Show additional information

Getting the quotation was the only quick process. It took 2 weeks from being given the go ahead to get any response from the company. I should have been more circumspect then. After the installation I waited and waited for SA Power Networks to install the import/export meter - months. Repeated phone calls and emails to Griffin went unanswered over several months - promises to turn up on site were repeatedly broken. In the end I had to organise SA Power networks myself for the meter installation with numerous phone calls back and forth - Griffin had not organised it or failed to communicate with me. After 8 months, yes 8 months, I finally got the import/export meter installed (SA power Networks were great by the way). Subsequently an audit of by the Clean Energy regulator noted multiple faults with the installation which Griffin had to rectify. He sent someone to rectify some faults only a few hours before SA Power Networks turned up - quite a surprise to have boots clattering on the roof before 7.30am unannounced! I am still waiting for him to turn up and go through the final audit. He promised compensation for the stuffups, but I am still waiting. Probably the worst customer experience I have had in terms of follow up and communication. Show additional information
