The company was reasonably quick to fix the problem once they realised that the installer was not able to come. A company sales rep came out with the second repair guy to check on the damage himself so we hope he followed up with the installer.

It got quite confusing checking prices and working out the best systems but hopefully we have chosen the best one.Service was good from Gruen and even came to visit us here which is always a bit of a problem as we are out of time and I guess that was the final reason way we choose them from Zen. Original ratings

11 months later we asked Gwen: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes they have but we did get in early with the Govt rebate of .60cents per KW fed into the grid in talking to my electricity company I now get .66 cents per KW into the grid and so far received a chq for $1058.00 for 12 months. Without the rebate not sure if I would be as happy.
